The Member Advocate (Customer Service Representative) role is hybrid in Kansas City, MO, with work from home one day per week after successful completion of 90-day training. Pay is $19–$22 per hour. Tria Health helps people with chronic conditions save money on medications. As a primary contact for members and prospective members, the advocate handles service questions and outreach, supports enrollment and appointment scheduling, and coordinates with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, providers, and pharmacies. Accurate, empathetic support helps members access Tria Health programs and contributes to a positive member experience.

What you'll do

• Conduct outbound outreach to educate and enroll members in Tria Health programs
• provide inbound call support
• schedule appointments and make reminder calls
• coordinate care with members, providers, and pharmacies
• document interactions accurately in company systems
• follow standard operating procedures
• protect member privacy
• escalate issues appropriately.
