The product manager owns the product lifecycle for mobile merchant experiences and multi-location point-of-sale capabilities. The role translates merchant needs into product strategy and delivery, working across engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to improve usability, adoption, and outcomes.

What you'll do

• Own product lifecycle from customer discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, and iteration
• spend time with merchants and staff to understand workflows and pain points
• define strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
• partner with engineering and design to deliver features
• prioritize roadmaps using customer insights, market trends, analytics, and business objectives
• collaborate with sales, marketing, onboarding, and support
• analyze competitors and industry trends
• define and monitor product metrics
• advocate for customer needs.
