The role supports Micron’s Corporate Legal Team and Corporate Development Team as they handle strategic transactions. The position provides legal guidance across venture investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and large-scale capital investments. It helps advance transactions from planning and negotiation through signing and post-signing work while aligning them with corporate strategy and policies.

What you'll do

• Manage venture capital investments from term sheets and due diligence through agreements, portfolio oversight, and exits
• prepare and negotiate M&A and related agreements
• support deal planning, negotiation, signing, regulatory matters, and integration in the US and EU
• manage outside counsel and legal spend
• collaborate with internal and external specialists
• assist other departments on legal matters
• develop transaction standards, templates, and playbooks
• identify and implement AI-enabled workflows.
