What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate assigned projects and renovations
• ensure objectives, schedules, budgets, and specifications are met
• review budget forecasts and business cases
• manage client expectations
• coordinate space allocation and layout changes
• monitor applicable building codes and regulatory requirements
• escalate issues
• maintain vendor relationships and service-level compliance
• ensure maintenance and emergency service contracts are in place
• negotiate pricing
• approve vendor invoices
• and account for and store delivered goods and services.
