The Plant Equipment Maintenance Technician (Pumps, Motors & VFDs), 2nd Shift role is onsite in Ontario, CA. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays. Compensation is $38 per hour base pay plus a $0.35 per hour shift differential. KIK produces and packages household cleaning, sanitizing, and pool-care products. The technician maintains production and packaging equipment to keep manufacturing operations reliable and reduce downtime. The work includes troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; servicing pumps, motors, and variable frequency drives; completing preventive maintenance; and documenting work in a computerized maintenance management system.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• maintain packaging equipment
• service pumps, motors, and variable frequency drives
• repair conveyors
• perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• record work and parts usage in CMMS
• and assist with equipment installations, relocations, and modifications.
