What you'll do

• Review requisitions, bills of material, drawings, specifications, and delivery needs
• solicit and evaluate supplier quotes
• negotiate commercial terms within delegated authority
• create and administer purchase orders
• manage order status, changes, receipts, invoice issues, returns, and closeout
• maintain purchasing data
• source aerospace interconnect and harness materials
• coordinate with Engineering and Quality on discrepancies and supplier issues
• monitor supplier performance and risks
• maintain audit-ready procurement files
• support audits and customer reviews.

Why this role

Requires three or more years of purchasing, procurement, or supply-chain experience in manufacturing. Aerospace, defense, electronics, or regulated-industry experience is strongly preferred. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance when required; occasional travel, generally up to 10%, may be required.
