What you'll do

• Prepare consistent menu items across stations, including pantry and fry
• follow allergy requests and dish alterations
• assist with inventory
• set up and maintain clean, safe, stocked stations
• monitor waste, cooking temperatures, and quality
• execute production and à-la-carte dishes
• support pre- and post-service meetings when requested
• attend Cook House training and help mentor team members
• clean and organize kitchen and storage areas.
