What you'll do

• Audit and reconcile room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bills, and occupancy figures
• respond to inquiries
• process reservations and check-ins
• coordinate housekeeping, security, and service requests
• address guest complaints
• prepare reports
• and complete administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures. Flexible overnight hours are required.
