The Registered Nurse (RN) role is an onsite, full-time night-shift position in Logansport, IN. Pay is up to $46 per hour, with additional differentials of $2.50 for evening or night shifts, $3.00 for weekend days, and $5.50 for weekend evenings or nights. The RN joins Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services’ skilled nursing facility. The RN coordinates care delivery, monitors and evaluates care outcomes and standards, and provides direct nursing care. The role supports resident care through independent practice and coordination with the facility team.
