What you'll do
- Provide personal care and support as needed
- recognize distress or behavioral escalation and use approved de-escalation and intervention techniques
- document medical concerns and daily progress in the electronic health record
- support community activities
- complete household tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
- work toward Individual Service Plan outcomes
- and attend required training and team meetings.

Why this role
Medication Administration and CPR certification are required within six months of hire and are provided by Access Services. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and valid auto insurance are required.
