What you'll do

• Review insurance policies and draft coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters
• litigate coverage and bad faith matters in state and federal court
• take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses
• draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs and argue motions
• prepare for trial, including direct and cross-examination
• advise claims professionals on exposure and strategy.
