Powersports Service Writer

What you'll do

• Provide customer and vendor service in person, by phone, and by email
• write detailed service work orders for technicians
• answer service questions
• provide repair quotes and obtain authorization for work beyond the original scope or cost
• schedule technician jobs
• update customers on service progress and back-ordered parts
• assist with complaints, unit identification, and repair alternatives
• maintain customer and vendor relationships.
