What you'll do

• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and mentoring
• support enrollment through marketing and customer service
• manage and direct front desk activities and class organization
• teach group classes and private lessons to learners of all ages and abilities
• provide swimmer feedback during monthly Splash-N-Tell week
• uphold service and safety standards
• resolve issues and recommend system improvements.
