What you'll do

• Manage assigned shipper accounts from onboarding through ongoing service
• build relationships with customer decision-makers
• understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• coordinate with carrier sourcing and operations teams to secure capacity and support on-time pickup and delivery
• execute customer service standards and carrier processes, including customer communication, check calls, and load coverage.
