What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for apprentices, journeyman electricians, foremen, and superintendents
• travel to project locations to recruit, interview, and engage candidates
• attend career fairs and trade events
• source candidates through industry networks, job boards, social media, trade schools, and databases
• screen candidates and coordinate offers
• partner with hiring managers and field leaders
• maintain talent pipelines and recruiting metrics
• provide market insights.
