What you'll do

• Manage litigation files through all stages
• take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses
• draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and briefs and argue them
• prepare for trial and support trial teams, including witness examinations
• analyze medical records, policies, contracts, and other documents.
