What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, contracts, bid documents, and customer requests
• perform quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam or comparable software
• research project requirements, materials, specifications, and site conditions
• seek clarification on missing information
• prepare estimates, proposals, bid packages, and supporting documents
• maintain vendor and subcontractor pricing, material information, and lead times
• assist with material planning, supply coordination, and inventory tracking
• manage multiple estimates and deadlines
• maintain estimating and cost records
• collaborate with project management and field operations
• contribute workflow improvement ideas.
