The representative serves as a primary point of contact for clients, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing pet owners' needs. The role also supports administrative workflow and helps maintain a welcoming client experience at the clinic.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls
• navigate client and patient charts
• communicate with pet owners
• schedule appointments and address client needs
• and manage administrative tasks while assisting clients who visit the clinic. The schedule is four days per week from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with alternate Saturdays.
