What you'll do

• Understand customer needs and identify suitable vehicles
• demonstrate vehicle features and technology
• conduct test drives
• present pricing, purchase, lease, and financing options
• respond to internet leads, calls, emails, and online inquiries
• set and confirm appointments
• follow up with prospective customers
• maintain customer relationships and develop repeat and referral business
• build knowledge of Lincoln and pre-owned inventory.
