Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Overnights - Long Term Care

Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborates with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
