What you'll do

• Support strategic accounts and Outside Sales account plans
• follow up on quotes, orders, backorders, and customer requests
• recommend products and solutions
• prepare quotes and assist with pricing, availability, substitutions, and upsell or cross-sell opportunities
• process orders, returns, and credits
• coordinate to resolve inventory or delivery issues
• maintain CRM/ERP records
• provide customer service and escalate issues when needed
• share customer insights and coordinate sales activity with Outside Sales.

Why this role
