What you'll do

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of clients, vendors, and carriers
• respond to correspondence and requests
• research policy and coverage questions
• maintain knowledge of carrier products and guidelines
• analyze exposures and prepare renewal or new-business specifications
• submit accounts for marketing and placement
• review quotes and negotiate rates when appropriate
• process invoices and financing
• check policies, endorsements, and audits
• manage claims follow-up
• maintain coverage and renewal schedules.
