What you'll do

• Own the regional territory, starting with Chicago/Central
• manage client escalations and keep launches on schedule
• onboard restaurant and operating partners and resolve partner issues
• build and run remote site-audit systems
• coordinate field troubleshooting without defaulting to travel
• support the Program Lead and mentor future Program Manager hires
• analyze operational and usage metrics and present recommendations
• monitor account-level receivables and payables and resolve issues.
