What you'll do

• Operate assigned work cells, which may include multiple molding machines and secondary part operations
• perform a quality check at the beginning of the shift on each machine or part
• maintain expected work-cell rates and report issues
• clean molds when required by work instructions
• start up and shut down machines when required
• complete Rockware training and enter production data
• package and label parts according to instructions
• follow quality system procedures and participate in plant housekeeping
• work overtime on weekdays and weekends when needed.
