What you'll do

• Lead clinical aspects and clinical care staff for assigned business
• develop individualized patient care plans
• perform in-home assessments and ensure quality care delivery
• administer medications, IV infusions, and prescribed treatments
• provide advanced wound care, including Wound VAC management
• maintain documentation and regulatory compliance
• supervise and support nurses, aides, and caregivers
• coordinate staffing and patient-case coverage
• collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
