What you'll do

• Perform carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs
• conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• complete minor repairs
• clean interior and exterior areas, move furniture, receive packages, and maintain supply inventory
• monitor vaccine storage units
• assist with contractor oversight
• remain on call for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
