What you'll do

• Draft, review, and interpret contracts, closing statements, deeds, affidavits, and settlement statements
• calculate and verify prorations, payoffs, and disbursements
• examine files for closing requirements
• facilitate signing appointments
• disburse funds according to instructions and legal requirements
• maintain audit-ready transaction files
• comply with Department of Insurance regulations and RESPA
• develop commercial escrow best practices.
