What you'll do

• Lead the daily life enrichment program for assisted living residents
• train and motivate volunteers and fellow team members to provide quality activity programming
• maintain applicable state certifications or licenses
• follow regulations related to resident care and services
• use Microsoft Office applications and learn new applications
• work evenings and weekends as needed to meet resident and team needs.
