What you'll do

• Receive orders and respond to customer inquiries
• capture requirements and specifications for new products and orders
• coordinate artwork submissions and proofs
• verify order details
• enter and process sales orders into work orders
• communicate specifications, labeling, scheduling, and shipping information to Production
• process customer feedback
• support invoicing, shipment documentation, and office administration
• document procedures and playbooks
• identify process improvements
• support CRM, workflow automation, and business systems initiatives.
