What you'll do

• Maintain janitor schedules and ensure assigned tasks are completed
• monitor paper, chemical, and equipment inventory
• verify time records, training, and site documentation
• inspect work against quality standards
• perform cleaning, floor resurfacing, and carpet shampooing or extraction
• fill open shifts onsite or at alternate locations as needed
• transport janitors, supplies, and equipment
• apply standard cleaning techniques and OSHA and SDS knowledge.
