What you'll do

• Greet residents, guests, customers, and visitors
• monitor entrances and exits
• provide property and amenity information
• verify visitor identities and authorize access when required
• receive, log, and distribute packages
• answer calls, emails, and inquiries
• maintain visitor and vendor records
• respond to requests
• report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and maintenance issues
• keep entrance and lobby areas clean and presentable.
