What you'll do

• Develop qualitative indicators, outcomes, and outputs with department leadership
• review quality assurance results, incident reports, grievances, and appeals to recommend or initiate process improvements. Measure performance outcomes, verify provider processes for background checks and staff credentials, analyze cases and performance data, identify adverse trends, and assess compliance. Support provider quality-improvement efforts, participate in performance-improvement meetings, maintain provider relationships, monitor client concerns, review billing records with Finance, and produce performance reports and recommendations. Collaborate with Training on provider and employee training
