What you'll do

• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce senior management procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks
• support a positive team environment. Must be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
