What you'll do

• Audit and balance daily shift reports
• schedule wake-up calls
• verify credit card transactions, guest folios, and cash payments
• check guests in and out
• process payments
• maintain registration and transaction documentation
• respond to guest requests and escalated concerns
• answer questions about hotel policies and services
• and report maintenance, security, or safety issues.
