What you'll do

• Deliver customer and team experiences
• train or help Store Associates meet production goals, including product-finishing projects
• lead in-store tasks and exemplify store and brand standards
• support effective sales-floor flow and accurate merchandising
• help lead food-safety protocols
• work toward sales objectives and store compliance and loss-prevention standards
• participate in team meetings and other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
