What you'll do

• Lead CNC setups and changeovers across production runs
• optimize setups for precision, repeatability, and throughput
• use manual machining to support CNC operations and quick fixes
• monitor machines and correct deviations with offsets and tooling updates
• perform routine maintenance and first-level troubleshooting
• collaborate on process, safety, and efficiency improvements
• follow safety procedures and 5S standards.
