IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Provide end-user support and manage service tickets
• install, configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, workstations, hardware, and software
• resolve LAN and WAN connectivity issues
• assist with computer system validation
• support servers, network switches, applications, and other IT systems
• maintain service records and technical documentation
• provide remote support to other sites
• and provide after-hours and weekend support as required. Occasional travel to other U.S. laboratory and Cell and Gene Therapy sites is required.
