Pricing Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise and coach pricing team members
• communicate department goals and implement plans
• provide performance feedback and evaluations
• address employee relations issues
• create schedules to manage labor costs
• resolve customer complaints
• ensure signs and ads are accurate
• update pricing systems and verify shelf tags against price files
• operate pricing and scanning equipment
• support store audits
• comply with food-stamp, WIC, weights-and-measures, health, sanitation, and safety requirements
• interview and train new employees.
