The Catering Cook — Year-Round role is onsite in Interlochen, MI, with pay of $20–$21 per hour. The cook works with the Executive Chef, Catering Manager, and event staff to support catered events at Interlochen Center for the Arts. The role prepares and presents food for events of varying size and complexity, maintaining quality, food safety, and timely service. It supports successful event execution by coordinating production, accommodating dietary needs, and adapting to changing guest counts and event requirements.

What you'll do

• Prepare and execute catered menu items
• follow recipes, production sheets, and Banquet Event Orders
• perform batch cooking and large-scale production
• accommodate dietary restrictions
• support menu execution
• manage portions and yields
• maintain prep areas and kitchen cleanliness
• operate commercial kitchen equipment
• support food transport and holding standards
• plate buffet and plated meals
• collaborate with culinary and event teams.
