What you'll do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide nursing care within scope of practice under Charge Nurse supervision
• greet and direct patients, visitors, and callers
• operate the switchboard
• assist with admissions and registration
• record patient information and document vital signs and care within scope
• communicate observations to appropriate personnel
• assist with discharge planning and patient education
• maintain safety, supplies, and department communications. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, current CNA certificate, LPN license, or EMT license, and BLS certification.
