What you'll do

• Execute the company’s strategy, operating budget, and growth initiatives
• lead operations across four studios
• maintain brand standards, staffing, sales goals, and compliance
• manage P&L performance, revenue, expenses, and membership growth and retention
• recruit, coach, and develop leaders
• drive membership acquisition and lead conversion.
