What you'll do

• Construct scenarios involving compliance program design, agency investigations, and enforcement
• develop tasks across financial services, healthcare and FDA, antitrust, privacy and cybersecurity, and environmental and energy regulation
• create scenarios using regulatory tools
• apply U.S. and international regulatory frameworks
• produce compliance memoranda, filings, and enforcement responses
• author rubrics assessing regulatory judgment.
