The role helps deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to expected quality standards while maintaining client and project-partner relationships.

What you'll do

• Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and performance
• coordinate owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• oversee buyout, contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and documentation
• maintain schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting
• identify risks
• coordinate with field teams
• participate in estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
