What you'll do

• Assist with planning and implementing classroom curriculum
• supervise children and manage transitions
• support positive behavior guidance
• help maintain classroom space, facilities, and supplies
• assist with assessments and observations
• communicate with parents or guardians
• participate in training and staff meetings
• follow YMCA, branch, and Department of Early Education and Care procedures.
