What you'll do

• Support REMS site certification and patient enrollment processes
• help sites prepare access workflows
• provide compliant education on coverage, coding, reimbursement, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and affordability programs
• coordinate treatment logistics
• document account and case interactions in CRM
• develop account-level plans
• maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
