The Learning and Sales Enablement Manager is based in Lindon, UT. Compensation is not specified. The manager facilitates training, onboarding, coaching, and tool support so producers can build skills and use sales processes and systems effectively. The role also tracks participation and feedback and recommends improvements to strengthen producer readiness and consistent development across the organization.

What you'll do

• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training
• support Basecamp programs
• provide producer training and coaching
• support the 365-producer onboarding experience
• conduct welcome sessions and onboarding check-ins
• train producers on tools, templates, playbooks, scripts, and systems
• provide office hours and field support
• maintain training content
• track participation and progress
• collect feedback and recommend program improvements
• travel to support training, onboarding, and field coaching.
