What you'll do

• Answer and direct calls
• schedule return appointments
• register and check in patients
• update appointment status and records
• notify clinical staff of arrivals and delays
• perform clerical and records-release tasks
• prepare registration paperwork
• support dental, family-planning, and behavioral-health workflows
• process billing and collections
• deliver patient-care instructions
• train patient representatives
• and assist with health-center scheduling and supplies.
