What you'll do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge
• support store leadership and run the store when the manager is unavailable
• help meet sales goals and key performance indicators
• maintain sales-floor standards
• assist with opening and closing
• process transactions and close the register
• assist with planogram and merchandising changes
• communicate trends to management
• support loss prevention
• organize stockroom and store
• train and coach new sales associates as needed.
