What you'll do

• Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan statements
• prepare and post journal entries
• maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
• manage vendor payments, receivables aging, and collections
• process payroll and assist with payroll tax filings
• maintain records for multiple client accounts
• review transactional entries from entry-level Client Data Specialists
• lead historical cleanup and other assigned accounting projects.
