• Lead product engineering for interior trim programs
• support business pursuits with technical input, presentations, and feasibility work
• own technical product definition and requirements
• coordinate process parameters and manufacturing documentation
• manage design issues
• support customer packaging development
• attend design and gate reviews
• collaborate across design, tooling, quality, manufacturing, finance, purchasing, and sales
• develop concepts, resolve design issues, review manufacturability, and drive cost savings and product improvements.
